Global HR Ops Director – Fintech scale up, Singapore

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a highly regarded and fastgrowing international tech/fintech group to appoint an International HR Operations Director, based in Singapore. Partnering closely with the Csuite and acting as a deputy to the Group CHRO, this role will play a pivotal part in supporting the organisation's continued growth, helping to scale, refine and enhance global ways of working. The successful individual will lead an experienced HR Operations, Services & Transformation team, comprising specialists located across multiple international regions. They will be responsible for reviewing and optimising global HR processes and services, overseeing the HR technology stack, and leading all major global HR initiatives, including peoplerelated M&A activity. A strong focus will be placed on leveraging innovative tools, enhancing employee experience, and enabling innovation across the business. This individual will be an accomplished global and/or regional HR Operations & Transformation Director or Headoflevel leader, with a proven track record leading geographically dispersed teams within fastpaced, highperformance and innovative environments. Experience across both pre and postacquisition settings is highly preferred, along with a strong background operating in senior, leadershipfacing roles requiring excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Exposure to multiple international markets is essential, given the breadth of countries covered within a lean, scaling structure. The individual will have a track record performing a similar role based in Singapore, understanding the Tech & Fintech eco-system. The ability to balance strategic and commercial priorities with a handson, pragmatic approach is critical, as is confidence navigating ambiguity and change. This represents a compelling pathway towards a future CHRO role, leveraging deep expertise across HR Operations, Services and Transformation, combined with close partnership and advisory exposure at the most senior levels of the organisation.
