Responsibilities
Reporting to the
Chief Financial Officer,
the Group Financial Controller will oversee
regional financial consolidation, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and governance
across multiple Asia Pacific markets, partnering closely with senior business leaders to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making.
The role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely
group reporting, strengthening financial controls and compliance, managing financial risks, improving operational efficiency
through process enhancement and automation, and supporting business growth initiatives including investments and integration activities. This position also leads finance transformation efforts,
manages finance team members , and acts as a key liaison with auditors and external stakeholders.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is someone with
minimum 10 – 15 years
of strong
Finance
experience across
group consolidation, corporate finance, controllership, and financial reporting . Ideally, you will come from
Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Biotechnology
industries. Having regional (SEA / APAC) experience and familiarity with SAP B1 will be an added advantage. As this is a
new headcount , you will need to be a
self-starter
and able to
navigate ambiguity
while setting up new processes.
