Responsibilities Reporting to the
Regional Sales Leader,
this role is responsible for driving commercial success across
Singapore, Brunei, Cambodia, and Laos
by developing and
executing strategic sales and marketing plans.
The Sales Manager will
own the full sales lifecycle
from market analysis and business planning through to deal execution, while building strong relationships with
key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders .
The position also involves
defining go-to-market strategies ,
managing key accounts ,
supporting product launches , and aligning regional objectives with broader commercial goals to achieve revenue growth and market expansion. Due to regional coverage, you will be expected to
travel 20% to 30%
each month.
Requirements The ideal candidate is someone with
5 – 10 years
of
Sales, Key Account Management, and/or Product Management
experience within the
Medical Devices or Life Sciences
sector. You will need to be familiar with sales process of
high-value Capital Equipment
and a strong commercial acumen to achieve revenue targets. Ideally, you will have experience in managing
both direct sales and channel managemen t. While this is a
regional
scope,
local Sales Managers
aspiring to step up to a regional role can be considered.
