Job Description At Motorist, we're building more than just a company — we're building a team that grows together. As we continue to scale our business across Singapore and the region, we're looking for a hands-on and people-oriented HR Assistant Manager to join our team.
This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys both strategic HR work and day-to-day operations, and who wants to make a real impact in a fast-paced SME environment.
Responsibilities Support and drive end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding Partner closely with management on HR initiatives, policies, and workforce planning Handle employee lifecycle matters such as performance management, confirmations, promotions, and exits Advise line managers on HR best practices and employee issues Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and employment laws Support payroll, HR administration, and HR system improvements Participate in HR projects that strengthen culture, engagement, and employer branding
Requirements Degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related discipline At least
4–6 years of HR generalist experience , preferably in an SME environment Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working independently Experience with regional HR exposure is a plus
