Payroll Specialist (North | Manufacturing MNC), Singapore

We are partnering with an established organisation within the manufacturing space to hire a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations. This role is suited for candidates who can start immediately and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The Job: Manage full in-house payroll processing for a headcount of 200+ employees Oversee end-to-end payroll cycle, including data validation, salary computation, and disbursement Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and monthly summaries for internal stakeholders Administer statutory submissions and ensure compliance with CPF, IRAS regulations, and local labour laws Handle complex payroll components such as shift allowances, overtime, and variable payments Manage expatriate payroll matters, including tax treatment (e.g. non-resident taxation, IRAS reporting) and assignment-related processing Maintain payroll data integrity within the HRIS system and ensure accuracy of employee records Support audits and contribute to process improvements and documentation The Talent: Proven experience managing end-to-end, in-house payroll for 200+ employees Strong working knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations, including CPF and IRAS requirements Hands-on experience handling expatriate payroll and tax-related matters Prior experience in manufacturing or similar environments, with exposure to complex payroll structures (e.g. allowances, shift patterns) Familiarity with HRIS systems (experience with Info-Tech is advantageous) High level of accuracy, strong attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced setting
