Job Description:

• Assist the Chairman/CEO in managing financial budgets and forecasts through daily reports.

• Handle procurement processes, including RFQ, RFP, purchase orders, and invoice verification.

• Research vendors to find the best pricing and quality.

• Prepare reports for Marriott, insurance companies, and government agencies.

• Respond to finance queries related to invoices, orders, revenue, and cash flow.

• Facilitate government grants and ensure compliance.

• Maintain licensing and insurance renewals.

• Manage office operations, including correspondence and expense reports.

• Update inventory records, monitor stock levels, and conduct market research for suppliers.

• Assist in budgeting, cost-saving strategies, and procurement reporting.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Skills:
