Senior Architect - ITSM- Ivanti and ServiceNow, Singapore

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Developer / Architect with deep expertise in Ivanti ITSM to lead design, development, and integration of IT service management solutions. This role requires strong hands‑on capability, architecture ownership, and proven experience delivering Ivanti–ServiceNow integrated environments.

• 8–10+ years of overall experience
• Strong hands‑on experience with Ivanti ITSM platform
• Proven experience in ITSM solution design and implementation
• Experience working on enterprise‑scale ITSM transformation programs
• Strong experience in the Telecom Industry

• Ivanti ITSM platform
• Configuration, customisation, and workflow design
• Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request management
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks
• Integration technologies: REST, SOAP, APIs, middleware

• Deep hands‑on expertise in Ivanti ITSM development and architecture
• Proven experience integrating Ivanti ITSM with ServiceNow
• Strong experience in enterprise ITSM integrations
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and high‑performing solutions
• Experience in client‑facing roles with strong stakeholder management
• Client‑facing technical leadership

• Broader exposure to ServiceNow modules (ITSM / CSM / CMDB)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Familiarity with automation and AI‑driven IT operations
