Senior Delivery Consultant - AI/ML, ASEAN Professional Services, Singapore

The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is looking for a Delivery Consultant who will help customers design, implement, and manage AWS solutions to meet their technical requirements and business objectives. The role focuses on advising customers about cloud strategies, architecting scalable, secure solutions, and delivering successful outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.

• Advise customer technologists and business leaders on machine learning solutions on AWS.
• Discuss complex industry‑specific business concepts with clients in FSI, Telco, and Retail.
• Lead large, complex customer engagements from ideation, through architecture design and scoping, to closure and delivery.
• Conduct workshop sessions to identify opportunities and scope how customers can deliver business value through machine learning.
• Provide technical leadership and excellence on customer engagements to ensure alignment on scope, deliverables, timeline, and expected outcomes.

• Experience training and deploying machine learning systems for large‑scale optimizations, or experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent.
• 5+ years building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business applications.
• Ability to think strategically about business, solutions, and technical challenges.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in the ASEAN region, with ability to travel to customer locations in ASEAN as needed for pre‑sales and delivery activities.

• Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation) and AWS training and certification (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional).
• Experience with automation and scripting (Terraform, Python).
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Technical experience with the AWS data technology stack and integration with machine learning and generative AI.
• Ability to obtain Singapore government security clearance.
