- Identify growth opportunities, and market expansion initiatives.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Manage financial performance, budgeting, and cost control.
- Oversee talent development, succession planning, and workforce strategy.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations and corporate governance.
- Facilitate effective communication between Japanese HQ and local teams.
- Ensure alignment in expectations, reporting, and execution across regions.
- Degree in relevant discipline
- At least 20 years of management experience
- Fluency in Japanese language (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding analytical skill and decision making
