• Utilizing industry knowledge to identify and guide candidates through the recruitment process.

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant in the maritime or related industries.
• Strong understanding of the maritime industry and its sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
