Position :Technical Manager (CCTV / Security Systems / ELV)

Location : Office in Outram

Working hours : 5 days work week, (Monday- Friday 8.30am -6.00pm)

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $7500

Main responsibilities:

Lead and manage service & maintenance operations for security systems

Supervise and guide a team of Technical Officers

Act as main point of contact for client service-related matters

Plan service scope, resource allocation, and project timelines

Ensure timely completion of maintenance and service commitments

Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships

Handle service escalations, troubleshooting, and complaints

Improve processes, workflows, and technical documentation

Monitor team performance, KPIs, and service delivery standards

Requirement:

Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 5 years of experience in security / CCTV / ELV industry

Prior experience leading a team or supervising projects

Strong communication and client management skills
