Export Logistics Officer, Singapore

5.25 days (Rotating Shift, 1 week once a month)
Mon to Fri: 1300hrs - 2130hrs
Alt Sat: 1300hrs - 1700hrs
Mon to Fri: 2100hrs – 0530hrs
Alt Sat: 2100hrs to 0100hrs

• Lead daily morning meetings (toolbox meetings) and ensure all staff follow safety rules
• Work closely with the Customer Service (CS) team to ensure smooth and safe warehouse operations
• Manage third-party vendors and transport drivers for on-time deliveries and collections
• Give feedback and suggestions to management to improve daily warehouse workflows
• Other duties as assigned by department manager

• Willing to work rotating shift
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the supply chain industry
