What you will be doing
  • Work with stakeholders to develop and execute sales plans for target market sectors across the portfolio of the office of the CFO.
  • Acquire new clients for FIS CFO solutions in assigned territories to ensure sales quotas are exceeded.
  • Develop a sound sales pipeline of potential sales opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Identify, contact and qualify new prospects within the territories.
  • Manage sales opportunities from first call through to closure.
  • Participate in sales calls and online visits to determine appropriate resources or representation by other FIS departments to close the deal.
  • Build and develop relationships to work with prospects at all levels (including C-levels).
  • Undertake demonstrations and/or presentations of selected product offerings.
  • Negotiate and close new business contracts.
  • Develop add‑on business from selected client portfolio to ensure sales quotas are achieved.
  • Stay on top of all market developments within the territories and take ownership of market intelligence and maintain awareness of all competitor activity.
  • Develop new business opportunities that result in meeting and exceeding annual quota targets through sales to new customers and expanding options to existing accounts.
What you bring
  • Strong Software and Services Sales experience.
  • Experience in selling Treasury or payment solutions to corporate clients.
  • Knowledge of SEA corporate finance, working capital, banking, and payments ecosystem.
  • Expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solid decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
  • Analytical skills to determine client business needs and requirements.
  • Ability to remain calm under various levels of pressure.
  • Established track record of involvement in industry trade groups (preferred).
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management (internally/externally), employees, clients and public.
  • Experience selling SaaS‑based solutions (bonus).
  • Familiarity with FIS treasury products (e.g., Quantum, Integrity) (bonus).
  • An established network within the enterprise corporate segment in the region (bonus).
