We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with at least 5 years of construction industry experience to lead and deliver high-quality residential and government projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in low- to mid-rise buildings, landed housing (especially bungalows), and government tenders, with a proven ability to manage multidisciplinary site teams and ensure successful project delivery.

You will work closely with engineers, quantity surveyors, and site supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with at least 5 years of construction industry experience to lead and deliver high-quality residential and government projects.

You will work closely with engineers, quantity surveyors, and site supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of residential and/or government construction projects

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and work programmes

• Coordinate resources from pre-construction through completion and handover

• Manage and guide project teams including site engineers, quantity surveyors, site supervisors, and support staff

• Foster collaboration across internal departments and stakeholders

• Set clear expectations, deliverables, and performance standards

• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors

• Conduct regular progress meetings to ensure milestone achievement

• Resolve site issues, technical queries, and coordination matters promptly

• Lead preparation and submission of government tenders and procurement documents

• Work closely with QS and consultants to ensure cost efficiency and compliance

• Manage tender clarifications and post-submission processes

• Ensure all works comply with design specifications, regulatory standards, and safety requirements

• Support site inspections and coordinate with relevant authorities for approvals

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and site-related issues effectively

• Monitor project costs, budgets, and timelines against actual performance

• Provide regular progress updates to senior management

• Maintain accurate project documentation using project management tools

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry in a project management role

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field

• Strong experience in landed residential projects (especially bungalows)

• Familiarity with government tendering processes is essential

• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and perform under pressure

• Experience in construction firms, developers, or civil engineering agencies preferred
