Job Description

Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary site activities, focusing on the seamless integration of mechanical and electrical systems with civil/structural construction workflows.
Oversee the comprehensive planning and implementation of plant maintenance programs, ensuring best-practice preventive maintenance to minimize downtime on critical equipment.
Direct and supervise site work, including machine troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, and complex on-site technical problem-solving.
Ensure all site activities, fabrication, and installations comply with Singapore's local regulatory standards and project-specific quality requirements.
Maintain accurate and essential records of maintenance, testing, and safety inspections; prepare detailed technical reports for Project Directors and stakeholders.
Supervise and coordinate external contractors for M&E systems, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.
Other temporary tasks assigned.

Requirements

Recognized Diploma or above in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 15 years or above in construction and infrastructure projects, deep-water port, bridge, and wharf engineering experience will be an advantage.
Extensive experience in mechanical maintenance, plant management, and site safety production.
Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting, equipment planning, and site technical issue resolution.
Able to work under fast-paced environment.
Able to work across Singapore Island.
