Senior Engineer (Power Solutions), Singapore

As a Senior Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our technical operations and product development. You’ll work closely with the engineering team to ensure the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of our power solutions portfolio. This role requires hands‑on expertise, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to mentor junior engineers and technicians.

• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and validation of generators, BESS, and distribution systems.
• Assist in commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of equipment at project sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all technical activities.
• Propose enhancements to existing products based on field experience.
• Provide technical feedback to support new product trials and evaluations.

• Guide and mentor junior engineers and technicians on technical best practices.
• Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams (sales, operations, service) to deliver customer solutions.
• Support technical discussions with customers, providing expertise when required.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors on component selection and technical issues.

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Power Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in power generation, electrical distribution, or related industries.
• Strong technical knowledge of generators, energy storage systems, and power distribution equipment.
• Experience in field servicing, commissioning, or project delivery preferred.
• Ability to lead small project teams and train junior staff.
• Good problem‑solving skills and willingness to be hands‑on.
