The Senior C&B Executive (Contract) role is a 6-month maternity cover.
He/she will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance to statutory reporting requirements. Ensure data accuracy specifically for internal and external audit and optimize payroll processes and operations. The incumbent will also support the design of competitive total rewards programs through research, external and internal benchmarking and analytics.
Job Responsibilities Payroll & Benefit Admin Shared Service – Singapore location- Manage relationships with HR teams and external payroll service provider
- Provide technical guidance to HR teams on payroll matters
- Manage and monitor external payroll vendor on executing end-to-end monthly payroll processes, in accordance with internal policies and external regulations
- Manage tax procedures and statutory declarations
- Maintain comprehensive records to support internal controls and audit requirements
- Manage regulatory changes and execute changes for payroll operations
- Manage annual insurance renewal
- Manage integration processes and enhancements as needed
- Lead internal and external audits on payroll
- Participate and manage C&B external survey
- Manage regulatory surveys, including creation of required regulatory reports
- Support the implementation of benefits programs, including creating clear policies to support program effectiveness
- Maintain accurate benefits databases
- Develop detailed analytics and monitor compliance on benefits programs
- Maintain full compliance with benefits regulations across regions
- Support internal benefits audits and reporting requirements
- Support ad-hoc C&B projects and analysis
- Consolidate and/or follow up on presentation material for HR VP
- Manage HR VP travel and meeting arrangements
- Coordinate onboarding schedule for Zone HOD and Country Heads
- At least 5 years of HR including experience in Compensation and Benefits and/or Singapore payroll and statutory experience is preferred in regional MNCs.
- University degree in Human Resources Management or Business
- Highly motivated individual who is hands‑on, results‑oriented, detail conscious, assertive, resilient, and able to perform in a fast‑paced environment
- Possess good interpersonal & communication skills, confidence and strong in relationship building & influencing
- Resourceful individual who can communicate effectively to all levels of stakeholders
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Power BI
- Team player with a can‑do attitude
