Description

Job Description:

To assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work including manpower deployment and work schedules.
Responsible for all trades of works on-site, including structural, architectural, building etc.
Ensure good quality of works and manage defect rectifications.
Ensure work is done in compliance with design, specifications, safety requirements and related local statutory regulations.
Check and supervise direct labour/workers including their attendance.
Assist in the organizing and sequencing of work.
Delegate the works and control the projects within the budget and schedule.

Job Requirements:

At least 2 years of similar capacity-relevant working experience in Construction.
Able to read drawings will be an added advantage.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
