Value Stream Supervisor (Day Shift), Singapore

The Value Stream Supervisor is responsible for executing the production plan with a strong emphasis on safety, efficiency, and productivity. This role ensures that daily operations within the assigned value stream run smoothly and that team members are supported and aligned with operational goals.

This position reports to the Value Stream Leader and is part of the Manufacturing & Operations team located in Singapore. The role is on‑site.

• Oversee and organize the daily workflow and operations of direct reports in the production area for the assigned value stream and shift.
• Manage direct reports, including hiring, training, personal development, performance management, career discussions, and discipline.
• Ensure customer orders are processed safely, correctly, and on time and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the Value Stream Leader to interpret QC results and follow up on failures that warrant further investigation.
• Assist in ensuring all work instructions related to processes and safety guidelines are followed and comply with applicable rules, guidance and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485).

• Bachelor's degree in a science‑related field or equivalent experience.
• Comfortable working with chemicals and following proper safety and handling instructions.
• Knowledge of manufacturing practices and application of lean tools such as 5S, Standard Work, Visual/Daily Management, and Problem‑Solving.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Coaching teams in lean methodologies and continuous improvement.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as a team player.
