• Engage actively in deal origination and execution activities.
• Identify and resolve issues during IPO and M&A due diligence processes.
• Review and support the preparation of transaction documentation for IPO and M&A projects.
• Facilitate discussions involving clients, professionals, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Participate in SGX Catalist Continuing Sponsorship activities.
• Mentor and supervise junior staff while fostering a collaborative environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking and Finance, or a related field.
• Passed CMFAS RES 4 (or M4A) and currently registered as a representative with the relevant authority.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Corporate Finance advisory roles within Investment Banking teams, with preference given to candidates who have successfully completed 2 or more listings in the last 5 years.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a self-motivated team player mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
