Lead all recruitment activities from sourcing, process management and post offer consultative services to talents/ organizations

Identifying new business opportunities and established relationship with potential clients

Provide professional advice/information to both clients and candidates on the latest market and industries' trends

Requirement

Diploma / Degree holder in any discipline with work experience preferably in sales or customer service

Experienced Recruiter/ Candidate will be considered for Senior/Lead role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Self-driven and adaptable, ability to think outside the box

People oriented

Ability to thrive within a high-performance environment
