Legal Supervisor / In-House Counsel（法务主管）, Singapore

Identify and manage legal and compliance risks for the company’s Singapore and overseas operations, ensuring business activities comply with local laws and international standards.

Draft, review, revise, and manage various contracts and legal documents to minimize contractual disputes and potential risks.

Monitor and analyze legal and regulatory changes in relevant jurisdictions, providing legal support and issuing opinions for cross-border business activities.

Oversee arbitration, litigation, and other dispute resolution matters in Singapore and overseas, improving internal management processes and risk controls.

Provide professional legal support to all departments, enhancing overall compliance and risk prevention capabilities.

Establish and maintain contract management systems, legal records, and standard templates to improve consistency and efficiency.

Communicate and coordinate with government agencies, external counsel, and business partners to ensure obligations are met.

Perform other ad-hoc legal duties as assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Law or related fields; Singapore or China legal qualification preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in legal, compliance, or contract management; experience in Chinese enterprises expanding overseas is a plus.
• Familiar with contract law, commercial law, labor law, cross-border transactions, and corporate compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills; able to handle complex tasks independently.
• Strong stress tolerance, high professional ethics, and confidentiality awareness.
