WAREHOUSE MANAGER, Singapore

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager with at least 5 years of warehousing experience. He is required to oversee daily operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch, to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Besides he needs to manage staff, maintain inventory, enforce safety standards, and optimize warehouse layouts. Key responsibilities include budgeting, utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS), and coordinating logistics.

• Operations Management: Supervise daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control to ensure maximum productivity.
• Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and supervise warehouse employees, managing schedules and performance.
• Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing safety standards (e.g., OSHA, PPE) and managing equipment maintenance.
• Inventory Accuracy: Manage inventory systems, conducting regular audits and physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
• Workflow Optimization: Develop strategies for warehouse layout, storage, and space utilization to maximize efficiency.
• Process Improvement: Review operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements in handling and storage.

• Experience: Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role (typically 3–5+ years).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Leadership: Strong team management and coaching skills, with the ability to manage staff performance.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to solve operational issues quickly, such as equipment failures or shipping delays.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and safety protocols (e.g., OSHA).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration is often preferred.

• Morning: Review overnight reports, conduct facility walkthroughs, and lead team briefings.
• Midday: Manage inbound/outbound shipments, handle equipment issues, and optimize workflow.
• Afternoon: Reconcile inventory data, plan for the next day, and update senior management on performance.

Working Hours: 8am - 5:30pm (Mon–Fri), Sunday off. Salary: $4,200 - $6,500.
