Architecture Engineer (28 month contract), Singapore

• Review architectural drawings for constructability, compliance, and coordination with civil, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Ensure all architectural works comply with Singapore codes, regulations, and project specifications during the EPC phase.
• Provide technical support to site teams and resolve architectural‑related construction issues (e.g., RFI, site queries, NCRs).
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (contractors, consultants, authorities) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Track engineering progress, update status, and support reporting to the Project Manager and Engineering Manager.
• Participate in mechanical completion, pre‑commissioning, and final handover activities related to architectural scope.

• B.S. or equivalent degree in Architecture from an accredited university with a minimum of 7 years relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar role on major LNG & oil/gas projects.
• Full familiarity with Singapore codes & standards to be applied during the EPC phase of projects.
