ELECTRICAL ENGINEER, Singapore

We are seeking a motivated Electrical Engineer to support M&E fit-out and A&A projects from tender stage to project completion.

• Manage and coordinate electrical works to achieve timely completion while maintaining quality standards
• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost schedules, tender documents, and quotation comparisons to support project bidding
• Review electrical drawings, single‑line diagrams, and technical specifications to ensure design accuracy and compliance
• Conduct site inspections and supervise installation works to ensure adherence to project requirements and safety standards
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities to facilitate submissions and obtain necessary approvals
• Monitor project progress, manage variations, and maintain accurate project documentation for effective tracking
• Ensure all electrical works comply with Singapore standards, regulations, and codes of practice
• Prepare as-built drawings and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals to support project handover and client use

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in M&E or electrical engineering works
• Knowledge of low‑voltage (LV) systems, power distribution, and building electrical installations
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and schematics accurately
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with BCA, EMA, and Singapore codes of practice

• Experience in healthcare, laboratory, or institutional projects
• Knowledge of BIM / Revit MEP software
• LEW certification or actively pursuing licensure
• Experience in tendering processes or cost management
