It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers.**Job Description****Product Manager for Bancassurance*** Drive bancassurance growth and governance across GWB segments by managing the full product lifecycle, ensuring competitive product offerings, strong compliance ad effective execution for Life & General Insurance.**Key Responsibilities*** Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management (development, performance tracking, and optimization)* Drive insurance penetration across SME lending and funding portfolios* Enhance digital adoption (e.g., BizCare) and sales enablement initiatives* Ensure strong sales governance, fair dealing, and regulatory compliance* Manage product performance and identify growth opportunities for revenue expansion* Act as central liaison for Life & General Insurance across multiple markets (e.g., EE, ME and IG)**Requirements*** 6-10 years of relevant experience in:* Bancassurance / insurance product management* SME or commercial banking experience* Strong knowledge of:* Life & General Insurance products* Regulatory frameworks and compliance (eg. fair dealing, audit controls)* Digital product adoption* Sales governance and risk control* Effective communication skills with strong stakeholder management (internal and external)* High level of ownership and execution focus* Ability to balance commercial objectives with risk and compliance.## **Additional Requirements**CMFAS HI - Certificate in Health Insurance - Singapore, CMFAS M5 - Rules & Regulations for Financial Advisory Services - Singapore, CMFAS M9 - Life Insurance & Investment-Linked Policies - Singapore #J-18808-Ljbffr
