We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Officer to support the Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Month-End Closing
• Support monthly closing of accounts and ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation

2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting exercises
• Support financial analysis and reporting for management decision-making
• Help track financial performance against budgets and forecasts

3. Compliance & Reporting
• Assist in preparation of income tax and GST submissions
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Support audit processes and provide required documentation

4. CAPEX & Ad-Hoc Support
• Collate and organise CAPEX-related documents for capitalisation
• Support tracking and documentation of capital expenditure
• Assist with ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as required

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or related field
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proactive, hands-on, and a strong team player
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and manage deadlines
