Description
Responsibilities:
  • Assist the undersigned in managing corporate compliance matters for various group companies in Singapore and Dubai
  • Ensure timely filing of statutory returns, regulatory submissions, and corporate documentation
  • Maintain and update corporate records, registers, and compliance trackers
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities, external advisors, auditors, and company secretaries
  • Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise management on compliance requirements
  • Support board meetings, including preparation of resolutions and minutes where required
  • Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards and internal policies across jurisdictions
Requirements:
  • Degree in Commerce (or equivalent qualification)
  • Qualified Company Secretary / Inter Company Secretary certification is mandatory
  • 4–5 years of experience handling corporate compliance matters
  • Strong knowledge of corporate laws and regulatory frameworks in Singapore (knowledge of Dubai regulations is an advantage)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and documentation skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
