We are looking for an Integration Sales Specialist/Manager to join our fun-loving team based in Singapore. In this role, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, strengthening customer relationships with dormakaba products.
Role & Responsibilities- Responsible in promoting and selling dormakaba Access Control Solutions and Entrance Systems Control products to meet and drive customer centricity.
- Build and sustain good relationship with direct customers and achieve new sales opportunities.
- Trend closely on market development and possesses sound knowledge of competitor’s activities.
- Provide accurate forecast to Management and drives regular sales funnel reviews with project opportunities.
- Present and conduct product demonstration to our new customer prospects.
- Deal contractually and commercially with the changes requested by customer during project execution.
- Follow up closely on payment collection within the approved terms.
- Keen learner.
- Aptitude to understand software, electronics devices and basic computer networking.
- High collaboration with multiple teams across the business.
- Excellent communication skills to enable interaction with internal and external stakeholders/ customers.
- Strong communication, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Sales driven, results-oriented and a team player.
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
