We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to join as Head of Transaction Banking Technology. This is a pivotal role responsible for shaping and executing the technology strategy for the Bank's transaction banking business across the APAC region. You will lead a high‑performing team and work closely with senior business stakeholders to deliver cutting‑edge solutions across cash management, payments, trade finance, and digital channels. The role demands a strong balance of strategic thinking, execution excellence, and stakeholder management.

You will be accountable for end‑to‑end technology delivery, including platform modernization, vendor management, and integration with internal systems. As part of the Bank's broader transformation agenda, you will also play a key role in driving innovation, enhancing client experience, and ensuring scalability and resilience of the Bank's transaction banking platforms.

• Proven domain expertise in transaction banking technology, including deep understanding of products, platforms, and market trends.
• Strong experience in managing complex vendor ecosystems and third‑party technology partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional technology teams and deliver large‑scale transformation programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior business leaders across the region.
• Regional experience in APAC is essential, with a strong appreciation of local market nuances and regulatory environments.
