Manager, 3PL Warehouse Standards, Singapore

• Define and maintain global warehouse process standards for 3PL-operated sites, including inbound, storage, inventory management, picking, packing, and outbound processes
• Translate contractual requirements into clear operational standards, ensuring alignment between contracts, service expectations, and day-to-day warehouse execution
• Establish governance frameworks to monitor adherence to warehouse standards and contractual commitments, including definition of KPIs, reporting cadence, and escalation protocols
• Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and process documentation to support consistent execution across regions
• Partner with Procurement and Legal teams to ensure operational requirements and standards are appropriately reflected in 3PL contracts and statements of work
• Monitor adherence to contractual service levels and operational requirements, identifying gaps and supporting actions to drive compliance and performance improvement
• Support regional teams in implementing and adopting warehouse standards, providing guidance, training, and issue resolution where required
• Collaborate with 3PL Performance Management teams to ensure alignment between operational standards, performance tracking, and contractual compliance frameworks
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve warehouse processes across the network, incorporating best practices and lessons learned from deployments
• Support audit and compliance activities related to warehouse operations and contract adherence, ensuring documentation and processes are in place to meet internal and external requirements
• Provide visibility and reporting on adherence to standards and contracts, highlighting risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities to Transformation leadership

A minimum of a Bachelor’sdegree is required
