Senior Solutions Developer (Full-Stack – Java/React/Node.js)

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full-stack development using React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB
  • Architect and implement RESTful APIs & backend services
  • Mentor junior developers and enforce coding best practices
  • Drive Agile/Scrum practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business goals
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related field
  • 5–8 years of full-stack development experience with leadership exposure
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), DevOps & microservices
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
