Join a dynamic Finance team as a key contributor in managing Accounts Payable processes across various divisions, where your expertise will drive efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

• Oversee daily operations of the Accounts Payable team.
• Review and authorize accounts payable payments and related documents.
• Conduct monthly account reconciliations and ensure settlements for internal transactions.
• Process accounts payable transactions, including journal entries, accruals, and reclassifications.
• Troubleshoot errors and verify reports for SAP postings related to TenderBoard GRN.
• Analyze monthly profit and loss fluctuations across divisions.
• Support the preparation and review of quarterly GST reports for submission.
• Collaborate with team members to address AP-related issues and provide guidance on accounting codes.
• Participate in internal and external audits while managing additional ad-hoc tasks as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Business Finance.
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable and full set accounting.
• Knowledge of basic tax regulations (GST).
• Familiarity with shared services and freight forwarding & logistics environments preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and SAP accounting systems.
• Strong communication abilities and a collaborative mindset.
• Detail-oriented, self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
