Senior Luxury Guest Relations & Sales Executive, Singapore

Preferred Qualifications

• Able to work weekends on a 5-day work week, based on a rotating roster from Monday to Sunday
• Proven experience in hospitality, hotel, wellness, healthcare, or luxury service environments
• Strong background in customer relations, front-facing sales, or premium client servicing
• Confident in handling VIP guests with professionalism, warmth, and discretion
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
• Sales-driven, service-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury setting

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct personalised consultations with guests and prospective clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable packages and services
• Provide exceptional guest relations support and ensure a high standard of service throughout the customer journey
• Support room sales and occupancy targets by actively following up on enquiries and converting leads into confirmed bookings
• Support the Sales and Guest Relations function in delivering exceptional service standards and achieving business targets
• Promote and drive awareness of premium wellness and SPA programmes to grow the client base
• Build strong relationships with VIP guests and provide attentive, personalised service to enhance satisfaction and retention
• Support with pre-opening sales and guest service preparations, including process coordination, customer journey planning, and service readiness
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of guest bookings, special requests, and service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, client preferences, and follow-ups
