Sales Coordinator (West | Mechanical Engineering Sector), Singapore

Serve as the lead operational contact for designated key and strategic accounts.

Cultivate professional, trust-centered relationships through consistent proactive outreach.

Gain comprehensive knowledge of client operations and purchasing habits to provide customized service.

Oversee quotes, sales orders, and modifications, particularly for intricate or high-value accounts.

Analyze and verify technical specifications, including part numbering and equipment configurations.

Guarantee precision, commercial viability, and prompt processing for every transaction.

Manage the entire order journey, from initial inquiry to final delivery and post-sale assistance.

Maintain active oversight of order milestones, shipping deadlines, and potential disruptions.

Lead the resolution of supply chain challenges to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance departments to ensure flawless operational execution.

Assume responsibility for escalations, providing rapid solutions and transparent updates to clients.

Participate in and facilitate client meetings, performance reviews, and collaborative sessions.

Evaluate client data and purchasing trends to identify growth opportunities and strategic insights.

Pinpoint and implement enhancements to workflows, service quality, and the overall client experience.

Maintain strict compliance with pricing standards, internal audits, and CRM/ERP data accuracy.

A Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical field is highly desirable.

At least 3 years of experience in technical customer service or key account management within industrial sectors.

Deeply client-focused with strong English communication skills and interpersonal professionalism.

High proficiency in Microsoft 365 (including Excel and Power BI), SAP B1, and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), with the agility to master new software quickly.
