Director, Property Development & Acquisitions (QSR), Singapore

We are supporting our client, a globally recognised Western QSR brand, on a confidential senior mandate in Singapore.

This is a leadership role at the heart of an ambitious regional expansion strategy. As Director, you will define where this iconic brand grows next — owning the full property acquisition lifecycle from market strategy and site identification through to deal closure and handover.

This is not a transactional property role. You will be shaping the network growth agenda, influencing at the most senior levels, and building the foundations for long-term brand expansion across the market.

• Lead the end-to-end property acquisition strategy — freehold and leasehold
• Identify, evaluate and secure new restaurant sites aligned to the brand's growth pipeline
• Structure, negotiate and close complex property deals with landlords, vendors and developers
• Drive planning and development approvals through to possession
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders — franchisees, leadership teams, legal, construction and external consultants
• Own the development pipeline and ensure delivery against expansion targets

• 12+ years in retail or commercial property acquisitions, with demonstrated leadership experience
• Strong track record of closing complex freehold and leasehold deals
• Deep understanding of the Singapore property market and regulatory landscape
• Proven ability to influence at C-suite and senior leadership level
• Experience in QSR, F&B, or retail network expansion is highly advantageous
• Degree in Real Estate, Property Development or related field
