Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach and motivate store team members to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Manage daily store operations, manpower planning, inventory control and housekeeping
  • Drive store sales performance and monitor KPIs, CRM and store profitability
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies and visual merchandising standards
  • Review sales performance regularly and implement action plans for improvement
  • Handle customer orders, fulfilment, returns and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Work closely with Area Manager on operational improvements and business strategies
  • Conduct staff performance reviews and support team development and career progression
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate store documentation
  • Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support business operations
Job Requirements
  • Registered Eye Care Practitioner with a valid OOB license
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good sales, customer service and operational management capabilities
  • Able to analyse sales performance and drive KPIs
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems
  • Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
