Description

Responsibilities

Involved in large projects ranging from commercial, industrial, institutional, residential, mixed development, healthcare, infrastructure and MRT/rail etc.
To lead, manage and coordinate projects in compliance with authorities' requirements and standards.
Confidently administer the contract and effectively manage the project team and consultants for best results.
Proactively identify and resolve technical coordination, site and/or authorities compliance problems.
Strong leadership skills and ability to work as a team.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Coordinate and carry out tender, evaluation, recommendation and award processes.
Keep updated on contractual and authorities' requirements.
Nurture, coach and upgrade skill levels of team members.

Requirements

Architectural masters/degree recognized by Board of Architects Singapore.
Minimum 10 years of post-graduate architectural experience.
BIM/Revit, Archicad, AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign, as well as basic rendering and graphics publishing software programs.
