Description

General

Responsible for execution of all site works inclusive of planning, scheduling, controlling, coordination and ensure works carried out are in accordance to approved Drawing/ specification and complete within the completion date.
budgeted control and site progress reports on daily basis.
Attend kick-off meeting, site meeting, site walk and brief by clients, officers & etc.
Plan and discuss with Main-contractors and clients on project execution including implementation.
Manage and supervise project works as well as oversee all workers and vendors to ensure proper work execution.
Oversee and handle plan purchases, application and liaise with relevant authority
Oversee arrangement of materials to deliver to site
To ensure proper handover of project to client

Requirements

Prior experience as supervisor/Coordinator in construction Industry
Minimum 3 years of working experience in construction industry / project site work
Possess Certificate in building construction supervisor’s safety
SMO Cert and Class 3 Driving license required
Good Interpersonal and Communication skills.
Leadership, Problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
Profound knowledge of construction safety regulations and workflow sequence till handover.
Knowledge on construction tools, machinery and equipment and simple maintanence
Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Able to lead Project Supervisor and team of workers as well as manage client needs and timeline
Provide solutions to onsite issues and complications
Able to provide progress reports, operations report and forecasting plan reports and work together with Project manager
