The business is looking for Client Service Executives to support Relationship Managers (RMs) and Investment Managers (IMs) in day‑to‑day servicing of clients through processing transactions, resolving account/payment problems, and providing all‑round operational support.

- Support the Private Banker to provide excellent service to high‑net‑worth clients to achieve client retention and handle daily business‑as‑usual tasks within the desk and market.
- Understand all desk administration and manage arrangements related to meetings.
- Interpret client requirements and assist Private Bankers in daily maintenance of account relationships.
- Act as the client key interface for initiation of clients’ instructions, monitor funds for payment, and prepare clients' fax instructions, forms, and loan disbursement instructions.
- Identify issues and appropriately escalte to Management in a timely fashion.
- Develop a sound understanding of the governing regulatory framework, including confidentiality, secrecy, data protection regulations and cross‑border rules where relevant.
- 3–7 or more years of relevant Client Service Executive or Assistant Relationship Manager experience in investments, depending on corporate title, with a strong sense of integrity.
- Working experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management is a must.
- Relevant local licences and qualifications such as CACS Paper 1 and 2 are a must.
- Strong team player, able to meet tight deadlines and multi‑task.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and a ‘can do’ personality, able to work in a high‑paced environment.
- Fluent (written and oral) in English.
- Meticulous, methodical and concise, with a strong attention to detail.
