Credit Control & Business Analyst, CoA APAC, Singapore

• Oversee the entire Credit Management for the APAC region
• Manage and evaluate customers’ credit worthiness
• Improve growth of region through improving cycle times such as DSO and cash collections
• Build good relationships and rapport with customers and provide effective cross‑communication among stakeholders from internal to external parties
• Manage timely and accurate collections knock‑off with customers and Global Shared Service Centre (GSSC)
• Manage the various customers’ rebate schemes
• Support month‑end closing, forecasting and budgeting requirements as and when required
• Support the e‑commerce reporting
• Participate in SAP S4 Hana project implementation
• Support ad‑hoc duties as and when assigned

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must
• At least 3 years of experience in credit control and month‑end closing
• Proficient in using SAP is a must
• Resilient and assertive in communication with customers and stakeholders
• Well‑organised, independent and a team player

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field
• Prior experience in consumer electronics or FMCG industries
• Ability to recognise financial implications of business decisions and strategy
• Talent and aptitude to analyse and solve problems independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
