Oversee daily factory operations, ensuring production targets and KPIs are met

Lead and manage production staff, ensuring smooth workflow and manpower allocation

Enforce QA standards, conduct inspections, and resolve quality issues with corrective actions

Ensure compliance with safety, ISO/GMP standards, and support audits and improvement initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily factory operations, ensuring production targets and KPIs are met

• Lead and manage production staff, ensuring smooth workflow and manpower allocation

• Enforce QA standards, conduct inspections, and resolve quality issues with corrective actions

• Ensure compliance with safety, ISO/GMP standards, and support audits and improvement initiatives

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management or related field

• 1-3+ years of manufacturing experience with strong QA/QC exposure

• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience in factory environment

• Strong knowledge of quality systems (ISO, GMP, HACCP) and continuous improvement practices
