Senior / Staff Nurse (Operating Theatre), Singapore

Location: Central

Working Hours: 5 days as per rostered, 2 shifts with on-call duties

• Assist surgeon(s) during operative procedures. Ensure that appropriate documentation is done.
• Carry out Scrub/ AU nurse responsibilities in accordance with procedure(s).
• Coordinate with other units, escort and orient patients to ensure a safe and seamless patient transport and transfer.
• Post-operative recovery care.
• Participate in the review of nursing protocols, policies and procedures for continuous improvement.
• Other duties as assigned by the management.

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing with a valid Singapore Nursing Board license.
• Comfortable with performing 2-rotating shifts with on-call duties.
• Strong team-player, self-starter with strong sense of initiative, agility and perseverance.
• Able to provide high level of patient care and work under pressure in a fast-moving environment with the rest of the team members.
