• Bachelor in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience

• Detailed reviewing of tender documents and drawings for technical compliance and deviations. Prepare Request for Information when necessary.
• Taking of Bill of Quantities (BOM) for all Electrical, Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and Security System.
• Liaising with vendors and subcontractors to Request for Quotation and evaluate their proposal in compliance with specifications and drawings.
• Prepare and summarize BOM with the correct cost estimate for tender price review with management.
• Prepare and compile tender submission documents.
• Responsible for overall tender process from start to post tender stage.
• Provide general support and ad-hoc duties as and when instructed by the Manager.
• Experience for brand submission and technical discussion with authority, design consultant.
• Deep knowledge in scheduling, planning, resource control and installation.
• Capability in controlling of changes, variations and their costs.
• Monitor and review information from materials, events, or the environment to detect or assess problems.
• Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.
• Identify problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
• Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths & weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
