People Experience Manager (Part Time) - 3 days a week! Pulse Survey Launch and Insights Analysis

Partner with OpCos to plan, launch, and manage pulse surveys across the Group.

Monitor participation, address survey rollout issues, and ensure timelines are met.

Support analysis of results, identify key themes, and prepare clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.

Workplace Experience & Design (Culture through Spaces)

Support workplace design / experience initiatives that reinforce BIG culture.

Coordinate with relevant teams (e.g., facilities, workplace experience, communications) to study how we can improve on workspace experience to bring BIG Culture to life.

Support the strategy and day‑to‑day management of the Internal Talent Marketplace, helping employees build belonging, contribute to impactful work, and grow through internal opportunities.

Partner with OpCos to launch targeted campaigns and initiatives (e.g., themed opportunity pushes, success stories, manager toolkits) to drive adoption and engagement.

Track platform engagement metrics, gather feedback from stakeholders and users, and recommend improvements to enhance participation and user experience.

Coordinate communications and enablement initiatives to help employees and managers use the platform effectively.

Wellness & DEI Support

Support the planning and coordination of wellness and DEI initiatives, working with relevant stakeholders to deliver campaigns and moments that promote wellbeing, inclusion, and belonging.

Support OpCos in driving participation through clear communications, simple toolkits, and engaging storytelling.

Gather feedback and participation insights to understand what is working and identify opportunities for improvement.

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in employee engagement, culture, or internal communications.
  • Comfortable working with data and insights (e.g., survey reporting, theme identification, basic analysis).
  • Strong project management and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and timelines.
  • Confident in managing stakeholders across different teams and entities (Group and Operating Companies).
  • A clear communicator with a collaborative and proactive working style.
