We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Marketing Manager with strong expertise in AI-driven marketing and/or social media marketing agency environments. The ideal candidate is highly strategic, data-driven, and passionate about leveraging digital innovation to drive brand growth, patient engagement, and multi-channel marketing performance.

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, social media, and offline channels
• Lead performance marketing initiatives, leveraging AI tools, automation, and analytics to optimise ROI
• Manage end-to-end social media strategy including content planning, campaign execution, and community engagement
• Oversee brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all marketing touchpoints
• Drive lead generation strategies and patient acquisition funnels across multiple business units
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns
• Analyse campaign performance using data insights and continuously optimise marketing effectiveness
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources
• Stay updated with emerging trends in AI marketing, digital media, and healthcare marketing innovations

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in social media marketing agencies or AI-driven marketing environments
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and social media platforms
• Hands‑on experience with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and AI-based marketing solutions
• Proven track record in developing successful marketing campaigns and driving measurable business growth
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and external agencies
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑brand environment

• Experience in healthcare, consumer services, or multi‑location businesses is an advantage
