FMCG Marketing Lead - APAC Growth & Launches, Singapore

Responsibilities:

• Subject Matter Expert on local consumer understanding in habits and motivations, usage and behaviour, consumer trends
• Identify key business drivers across portfolio, marketing, distribution, visibility etc
• Drive and own business, marketing, and communication objectives, ensuring alignment with overall commercial strategy
• Lead the portfolio roadmap and new product launch pipeline, ensuring strong product-market fit, clear differentiation, and competitive pricing
• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across sales, trade, media, supply chain, and consumer care teams, delivering compelling trade narratives and impactful launch proposals
• Partner with the APAC team to shape strategic plans, drive innovation pipelines, and execute high-impact activation initiatives.
• Own local end-to-end marketing plan to ensure best in class 360 activations across consumer touchpoints, such as paid social, organic social, influencer and PR months marketing calendar across product launches and marketing activations.
• Working with media lead, briefs media and influencer/PR agencies from planning to execution.
• Lead allocation of marketing spends within category, ensuring content and media efficiency, meeting marketing and media KPIs.
• Bring local consumer insights and use-cases to live through locally relevant content, global content localization and adaptations.

Requirements:

• Minimum degree (or local equivalent) in Marketing/ Business with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge in commercial strategy and portfolio optimization, brand and product marketing, media planning including digital / online marketing
• A growth mindset with an entrepreneurial approach.
• Demonstrated Strong Stakeholder Management Capability
• Thrives in a cross functional environment, experience leading cross functional teams
