Automation Application Engineer (Pre & Post Sales Support), Singapore

Salary: $3,200 – $4,500

Working hours: Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm

We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined Automation Application Engineer to support our range of industrial automation products. This role combines technical support, solution consultation, and customer engagement across pre‑sales and post‑sales stages.

You will work closely with customers, sales teams, and product principals to deliver effective automation solutions and ensure strong technical support throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage and provide technical support for a full range of industrial automation products
• Deliver pre‑sales and post‑sales application support by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
• Prepare technical proposals, application notes, and solution‑related documentation to support sales activities
• Handle customer enquiries and troubleshoot technical issues via email, phone, or onsite visits
• Conduct product training sessions and live demonstrations for customers and support the sales team in driving business growth
• Build strong relationships with customers and principals, gather feedback, and recommend product improvements to enhance competitiveness

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Industrial Engineering or related field
• No experience is required as on job training will be provided
• 1–2 years of relevant experience is an advantage
• Interest in automation and industrial technologies
• Knowledge of PLC, control systems, automation, or IoT is a plus
• Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
