HV/MV Power Projects Manager - Delivery & Proposals, Singapore

Description

Responsibilities

Drive business development by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developers, consultants, and EPC partners in the power generation industry
Lead preparation of technical tenders and proposals for power generation projects including CCGT, steam power equipment, and electrical systems
Manage HV/MV electrical projects from contract award through commissioning, testing, and final handover to ensure timely and quality delivery
Coordinate cross-functional project execution activities across engineering, procurement, logistics, installation, testing, and commissioning teams
Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, identify and manage risks, and support cost tracking and variation management
Facilitate technical discussions, negotiations, and presentations with customers, partners, and headquarters to align project objectives
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, contractual, and documentation standards throughout project execution

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in power generation, electrical engineering, project execution, tendering, or technical business development
Experience with thermal power plants, CCGT projects, HV/MV systems, switchgear, transformers, or EPC environments is advantageous
Proficient in technical proposal preparation, project coordination, and client-facing communication
