As part of Corporate Bank-Cash Management, Merchant Solutions Acceptance provides card and non-card payment solutions to our Corporate Clients across regions.

Your key responsibilities:

The risk specialist will be responsible for risk oversight, risk engagement and regulatory changes of our acceptance products.

Ensure relevant controls are in place: CRM, Fraud Management, Chargeback Management, Business restricted, High-Risk Merchants, Sanctions and Embargoes, Transaction Monitoring, among others as part of the acceptance product lifecycle.

Support the Product Managers with Product Governance: Systematic Product Review and NPAs are timely and accurately managed.

Liaise with divisional compliance and vendor management and 2LOD and Risk Owners and Control functions both NFRM and FRM and participation in GRC forums and governance meetings.

Support GA (3LOD) coordination and walkthroughs.

Ensure regulatory adherence across products.

Your skills and experiences:

Minimum 4 years experience in Risk Management along with academic background in Risk.

Minimum 3 years of experience in 2LOD in NFRM or FRM.

Understanding of the payments industry, including the regulatory environment with associated products/services and the broader competitive landscape is a must.

Business and Financial acumen

Ability to work accurately with a sense of urgency, and deliver under tight deadlines/time frames

Exceptional attention to detail and high analytical skills.

Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills are essential

Strong work ethic, can-do attitude and collaborative mindset

Proficiency in MS Office
